Grant, qualified in Project Management, has 22 years of experience in the water industry and has been involved in the implementation of numerous projects related to water loss and demand management interventions, water conservation and reticulation in rural areas. Before joining Re-Solve, Grant worked for BKS Consultburo, Rand Water and Odi Retail Water.

Stefan Nieuwoudt began his career at Re-Solve Consulting in 2015. Stefan currently serves as Director of Corporate Services where he plays a vital role in overseeing the Finance Department, New Business Development, ICT and Human Resources.

Dugald Ross is a Professional Engineer with 37 years’ experience and is focused on project management and implementation. Dugald’s engineering background and years of experience as a Technical Designer, Project Manager and Programme Manager have equipped him with a broad range of skills including the design, planning, implementation and commissioning of a wide range of technical, engineering and social project.

Mike is a Professional Engineer with 32 years’ experience and currently serves as the CEO of Re-Solve Consulting. Mike has extensive experience in New Business Development and has collaborated with Development Agencies, funding agents and partner organisations in facilitating contractual arrangements for specialised projects. Mike’s engineering specialisation, coupled with over twenty years of experience in the municipal service sector as a director, operator, manager, planner, programme and project manager, and coordinator has equipped him with an in-depth understanding of the challenges facing service delivery and Local Government in this country. He has worked with and been exposed to alternative models, mechanisms, and structures for service delivery such as Public Private Partnerships and corporatized utilities. Mike has conceptualised, planned, and implemented large-scale municipal water intervention projects in both Johannesburg and Mogale City.
